looking for invisible borders

This photographic exploration attempts a reading of the city starting from the ground floors, to analyze the dynamics that take place at ground level.

Every day we travel along the main routes that cut through our cities. We whiz at high speed not noticing anything anymore. We "look" and we do not care about the things around us. The aim is to stop and "see" the city: its doors, its plasterwork, its shop windows, its trees from a different and continuous view.

An elevation along a 7 km route (from A to B, in fact) that wants to stop the gaze, in search of invisible borders.

Question the usual. But we're actually used to it. We don't question it, it doesn't question us, it doesn't seem to be a problem, we live it without thinking about it, as if it didn't contain questions or answers, as if it didn't carry any information. It's not even conditioning anymore, it's anesthesia. We sleep our lives a dreamless sleep. But where is our life? Where is our body? Where is our space?
