The redevelopment of the 1920s building in via Lazio will lead the Ascoli Foundation to have a space dedicated to hosting families being treated in the nearby oncology department and a very visible lighthouse (this is the name chosen for the project) at the motorway exit A4 Milan - Varese. The release of the property from the presumed cultural nature carried out by the Superintendence (because it was built more than 70 years ago and owned by the State or Foundations) has allowed a redevelopment that allows to drastically innovate the functions and methods of use of the building but at the at the same time to respect the volume, scans and rhythms of the delicate 1920s building that has been abandoned for decades now.
